These terms apply to the FuelRadar app and this website, provided by Xaviour AI Limited, Ireland.
Prices are reported by drivers
Fuel prices in FuelRadar come from other drivers and may be wrong or out of date. Each price shows when it was last reported or confirmed. Always check the price at the pump before you fill up. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a price shown in the app.
Your contributions
Only report prices you have seen yourself. Don't submit false, misleading or automated reports, and don't try to manipulate prices, rankings or the service. We may remove reports and limit reporting from devices that break these rules.
By sharing a price, you allow us to display it to other drivers and to use it to calculate price information within FuelRadar.
The service
FuelRadar is free and provided as it is. We may change, pause or stop features at any time. Directions open in Apple Maps and are subject to Apple's terms.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
